Barto has both hourly and mileage pay packages in place for its employees. Our local driver's start at $15 per hour and work 60 to 70 hours per week. Local drivers are home every night Monday through Friday and will work a short day on Saturday every other week on the average.

Barto's regional drivers are off most weekends with occasional Saturday work and are home 2 to 3 nights during the week. Barto regional driver's earn $0.33 per mile plus hourly pay for loading, unloading,etc. Regional driver's will work 60 to 70 hours per week and drive 2500 to 3000 miles per week.

All driver's will receive good pay, great benefits, freedom and respect. Benefits include Health insurance, 401K retirement plan, company uniform's and safety gear.
