Barto has both hourly and mileage pay packages in place for its employees. Local drivers are home every night Monday through Friday and will work a short day on Saturday every other week on the average.
Barto's regional drivers are off most weekends with occasional Saturday work and are home 2 to 3 nights during the week. Regional driver's will work 60 to 70 hours per week and drive 2000 to 3000 miles per week.
